Stefan Gimpl did it again in Barcelona!
Stefan succeeds again at the first Fis Big Air in Spain.
After his victory in London Stefan was not to beat in Barcelona! He represented his Tricks in absolute perfection and wins slightly before his young colleague Gian-Luca Cavigelli from Switzerland. Stefan fair:” This is madness! Gian-Luca’s and my performance were equal. Our last two jumps were on a par.” Stefan also admits with a smile that – Gian-Luca who is 9 years younger – hast lots of time to win more contests.
The other Austrian athletes – Stefan Falkeis (19.), Flo Mausser (24.) und Michael Macho (40.) – did not reach the finals.
