Successful race in Austria with 3 Top-5 ranks for the ÖSV-team
Good spirit and good placements for Promegger, Karl and Krainer in the snowboard stronghold Kreischberg
On the Austrian Holiday on 6th January the Austrian athletes showed their rising shape. At the men’s GPSL Andreas Promegger reached the second rank after Snowboard-Dino Jasey Jay Anderson. His victory in the semi-finals over Benjamin Karl was important for his confidence, so Promegger. Last years winner Sigi Grabner watched the race – as he is injured.
At the womens race Marion Krainer was best Austrian athlete on rank 4. Ladies-trainer Felix Stadler is proud: “She is constantly among the top ranks.” 5 ÖSV ladies were among the leading 15.
